Tis the season.
Drake sat down with the Rap Radar podcast for a lengthy interview, and boy did The Boy not hold anything back.
Throughout the sit-down Drake spoke on reconciling with Chris Brown, never patching things up with Pusha T, figuring out things with Meek Mill, ghostwriting, and more.
“He’s just made an entire career off of it,” Drake said of Pusha, while admitting, of sorts, that he won their battle. “Some people like his music, I personally don’t ’cause I don’t believe any of it. And I like to listen to guys I believe.” He would also dismiss “The Story Of Adidon” as simply a song about his child with a bunch of low blows against his crew and family.
He also revealed that Serena Williams, oddly enough, was the catalyst for Drake dropping “Back To Back,” comparing his former squabble with Meek to her lopsided affairs with fellow tennis player Maria Sharapova. The whole thing is… a lot, but the Lakers-Clippers game is on right now so I’d rather watch that instead of detailing a two-hour podcast for everyone.
