When the film Queen & Slim arrived in theaters, it had been accompanied by a soundtrack that featured the likes of EARTHGANG, Vince Staples, 6LACK, Lauryn Hill, Megan Thee Stallion and several others. In the movie, however, The-Dream’s 2015 track “Cedes Benz” (taken from his Crown project) was also featured.
A fan took to Dream’s DMs to request for an update of that song, and to her surprise the artist obliged and has now released a “Queen & Slim Version” of “Cedes Benz.” Hear it below.
