From up-and-coming star to industry outcast, R.A. the Rugged Man has experienced pretty much all the highs and lows you can imagine.

Now, seven years after dropping Legends Never Die, the gifted lyricist is ready to continue his story with his next album, All My Heroes Are Dead.

Dropping sometime this Spring via Nature Sounds, the Rugged Man is kicking things off with the project’s first single, “Legendary Loser.” Produced by Psycho Les of The Beatnuts, the introspective track helps detail the rapper’s remarkable life story.

“The song is a reintroduction to who I am and my life,” R.A. said in a press release.. “My day-one fans will be able to relate because they watched me go through it, but I think people who don’t know sh*t about me can relate to this story as well. That roller coaster of life, downs and ups. No matter how far you fall, you can kick your way out of it and get back on your feet. I been beaten and bloodied and left for dead and survived. If I could do it so can you.”

Released with a matching video, that finds R.A. mocking artists of this era, transforming into an overgrown baby, driving a flying car, leading a dance troupe, and much more, the eccentric visual can be seen below.
