Dropping off his debut project, Heart Full of Rage, Tyla Yaweh concluded 2019 with “I Think I Luv Her” alongside YG. Getting back in action for the new year, Yaweh returns with a remix of a track off his debut.
Bringing Wiz Khalifa on board, the two drop their remix of “High Right Now.” The track stands as the lead track on Heart Full of Rage and was originally planned to feature Wiz.
Upon receiving the remix, Yaweh was left to figure out how to clear to Green Day sample on the remix, but after running into Billy Joe Armstrong backstage at a show and playing the remix for him, Yaweh got the clearance right there and then.
