Just a couple of weeks ago, PJ Morton left the 62nd Annual Grammy Awards a happy man as he walked away with a win from the night for Best R&B Song. While many would take the time to absorb the win, Morton decided to return with a new treat for fans.
Making a rather quick return with a new project, Morton shares The Piano Album. Twelve songs in length, the album serves the follow up to 2019’s PAUL and as an acoustic take of songs from his catalog.
Recorded in just one night, Morton shared his simple thought process behind creating the album. “Sat at the piano, invited some friends over and sang some songs.”
