One of rap’s best releases in 2019 came from Freddie Gibbs and Madlib with their Bandana album. As we approach the one-year anniversary of the album, Freddie Gibbs brings the album back to mind thanks to a visit to Vevo’s Ctrl live session.
Performing a pair of songs from Bandana by his lonesome in Vevo’s makeshift corner, Freddie delivered live takes of the introspective tracks, “Soul Right” and “Cataracts,” for viewers to enjoy from home.
