With his new album, Nehruvia: My Disregarded Thoughts, arriving May 8th, Bishop Nehru drops off the second offering from the project, “EMPEROR.”
Following up the DJ Premier-produced “Too Lost,” “’EMPEROR’ was just a track that I was making specifically to have fun at lives shows,” Bishop says about the song. “I wanted to be able to have an energetic song everyone could just feel free to. When I was in the process of creating it the main thing I was thinking about after I finished the beat was ‘Wow this could be amazing if performed in a stadium’.”
Bishop has also revealed the tracklist for My Disregarded Thoughts, which will include a feature from MF DOOM. Check everything out, below.
