Quelle Chris has been busy. Already having dropped his solo album Guns as well as his collaborative album with his wife Jean Grae (Everything’s Fine) in the past two years, Chris will release Innocent Country 2 (with by producer/instrumentalist Chris Keys) on April 20.
Having dropped the first single, “Living Happy,” Quelle now offers up the second in “Sacred Safe” with Homeboy Sandman, Merrill Garbus and Cavalier. “This entire album is a series of serendipities that lead to an end only by obligation,” Quelle said to Hypebeast. “It all just kinda happened. Not without action and effort of course. But almost as if life provided it.”
