The latest, upcoming series from Netflix — home to roughly 1,000 new shows releasing every week — will be the musical drama The Eddy, arriving Friday, May 8. The television debut of La La Land and Whiplash director Damien Chazelle, the show centers on the owner of a jazz club in Paris and his life outside of it.
Jorja Smith — songstress and person I’d willingly let ruin my life — has been tapped for the show’s theme/intro song, “Kiss Me In The Morning.” The song, as well as a trailer for The Eddy, can be seen below.
