Embodying head-nodding boom-bap infused with big sounding, lush soundscapes, provided by the Brown Bag AllStar, Ras and Gant command the listener’s attention speaking on subjects ranging from school shootings to what life would be like with a nuke arriving in 38 minutes.
Led by “Belushi & Aykroyd” and the DJ Premier-laced “The 1st Time” with Slug (of Atmosphere) and Tyler Kimbro, the 12-track release also features Slaine, Sick Jacken, and Sid (of Slipknot).
