With Mad World on the way, Madchild is back with another single off his upcoming album–following “Lemons” up with the Aliby-laced “DNA.”
“I wrote this song while trying to figure out how to start snapping on trap beats. I like new music but still care about putting thought into my wordplay, so this song was the turning point for me,” Madchild says. “I was able to find a new and exciting vibe that has made me feel reborn as an artist and a person. I was able to approach a newer style beat and put my own unique stamp on it. I think this song came out fire and is a perfect blend of what I was doing before and what I’m doing now.”
