It’s been ten years since Big K.R.I.T. broke out with his K.R.I.T. Wuz Here mixtape. And to celebrate the milestone, the Mississippi emcee/producer has released a remastered version on all streaming platforms.

“So much has changed and so much has remained the same over the years,” K.R.I.T. said on the actual anniversary (May 4). “I’ve evolved as an artist and business man, while keeping the same soul and integrity that I came in the door with. I recorded this album in my Grandmama kitchen, and to know that it’s a fan favorite to this day hits different. I put everything I had into making this album. I used ‘Wuz’ because this could have been the last project I put out, if things didn’t take off. But here we are, 10 years later and 10 albums in. I guess you could say… A Day Makes All The Difference.”

For those that bumped the original heavily like us, you’ll notice a few notable omissions as “Country Sh*t,” “Hometown Hero,” “Moon & Stars,” “See Me On Top” and “Just Touched Down” are sadly no where to be found. But to make up for their absence, K.R.I.T. has added four new songs.
