Just before the start of Summer, Buddy dropped off the sequel to his Harlan & Alondra highlight “Black 2.” The Compton artist has now returned with a matching set of visuals.
Directed by both Edgar Esteves and Buddy, the video aims to be a montage of a celebration of Black life with references to Do The Right Thing, Kendrick Lamar‘s “Backseat Freestyle,” the Black Panthers, and more. It’s safe to say that a new album from Buddy is on the way, which is something the DopeHouse is here for.
With cameos from Kent Jamz, Guapdad 4000, will.i.am and more, the video can be seen below.
