After the original series ended at the top of the year (spoiler alert: Ghost was killed by his own son, and his moms took the fall), 50 Cent and Starz’ flagship show POWER will re-up with the first of about 50-11 new spin-offs: Book II: Ghost.

Ghost kicks off right after the events of POWER, as Tariq “navigates the criminal world and the academic world without ever taking his eyes off the prize: his mother’s freedom,” said Courtney A. Kemp, the show’s creator, showrunner and executive producer. The likes of Method Man and Mary J Blige have also joined the show in key roles.

“The POWER Universe just keeps getting bigger and better and POWER Book II: Ghost is getting ready to raise the bar again,” 50 said in a statement. “We can’t wait for the fans to see what is in store for all of the characters they know and those they are about to meet. I have told you before, POWER never ends… we are just getting started.”

Set to debut September 6, the official trailer for the series can be seen below.
