blame it on Wongo August 13, 2020

Ten years ago today, Mac Miller took a leap into the hip-hop world with his K.I.D.S. mixtape, the first under his new Rostrum Records deal. The mixtape would change his life for the better, including granting him a spot in the 2011 XXL Freshman Class.

Ten years label, Miller’s label celebrates the mixtape and the rapper with a deluxe version of the project featuring two new songs: “Ayye” and “Back In The Day.” The songs arrive after Miller’s label, Warner Records, asked fans to contribute their “stories, thoughts, and wishes” for a project aimed at celebrating the late rapper’s life.

Both songs can be heard below.
