In August, Busta Rhymes — with some help from Chris Rock — announced that his new album, Extinction Level Event 2: The Wrath of God, is on the way. He also shared the first offering from it, the Vybz Kartel-guested “The Don & The Boss.”
The single now has a matching video. Directed by veteran filmographer Benny Boom, the visual splices various imagery, colors and dancehall-inspired dancers as a homage to Busta and Kartel’s Jamaican roots with clips of Vybz’ longstanding legal troubles (read: he’s still in prison).
