Continuing work on his upcoming Pegasus album, Trippie Redd calls on Busta Rhymes — yeah I know, not the collaboration I expected either — for their new song, “I Got You.”
Propelled by an interpolation of Busta and Mariah Carey’s 2002 track “I Know What You Want,” Trippie and Busta voice their love to their respective love interests. Sharing the track with a matching visual, Trippie helps Busta find his long lost lover, who so happens to be the mother of Trippie’s love interest.
The track also arrives after Trippie’s “Excitement” collab with PARTYNEXTDOOR and Busta’s “The Don & The Boss” track with Vybz Kartel.
