East Cleveland’s Kipp Stone has been quiet for a bit, but he will return this fall with his new album Hommé.
Due October 20, it will be his first project to release with Chicago’s Closed Sessions. “[The album is] a first-person account of growing up and surviving on the most poverty-stricken and violent blocks in Cleveland, OH,” he describes.
He has also shared the first single, the Mick Jenkins-guested “Sprague Street.” Hear it below.
