Well, well, well… talk about a surprise!
Back in July, after years of friendship, shows, dinners, conversations, laughs and life experience, the quartet of Terrace Martin, Robert Glasper, 9th Wonder, and Kamasi Washington teamed up as Dinner Party and released one of the better albums of the year.
Now, just four months later, the four musicians have cheffed up their blend of jazz, hip-hop, R&B, funk, and soul for a special order of Dessert.
With an open invite to the feast, Dinner Party have enlisted the likes of Cordae, Rapsody, Snoop Dogg, the great Herbie Hancock, Tank, Buddy, Alex Isley, Punch, Bilal, and more to help set the scene.
