With two GRAMMY nominations, for Best Progressive R&B Album and Best R&B Song, the mid-season return of Grown-ish on Jan. 21 and — of course — the forthcoming live-action remake of Disney’s The Little Mermaid on the horizon, Chloe x Halle are primed to take their career to the next level in 2021. The siblings recently performed for NPR’s Tiny Desk (Home) Concert series, which can be seen below.
“I know this year 2020 has been absolutely bonkers for all of us,” Chloe says. “For those moments where you kinda feel less than and you’re not good enough… that’s why we wrote this song. …Whatever happens, we’ll be OK. And this is our world.”
