With the first official POWER spinoff, Book II: Ghost, re-upping for a second season, 50 Cent has begun the steady roll-out for the series’ second spinoff: Book III: Raising Kanan.
Currently in production for a 2021 debut, the show will focus on the eponymous character’s (who was portrayed by Curtis in the original POWER) earlier days. 50 also revealed the cast for the show, which includes Joey Bada$$, Omar Epps and Quincy Brown (the adopted son of Diddy) among others.
After debuting the show’s theme song, “Part of the Game” with NLE Choppa and Rileyy Lanez, the first trailer for Raising Kanan has arrived after the ninth episode of Ghost. It can be seen below.
