It’s been years since we heard Vic Mensa and Chance The Rapper work on a song together. In fact, their last collaboration dates back to 2013’s “Cocoa Butter Kisses” and “Tweakin.” After the long wait, the Chicago natives are back together on their new song, “Shelter.”
The new track is an introspective effort that sees help from Wyclef Jean. All in all, the trio create a smooth track that speaks on the undeniable need to protect black lives in this country.
Also, make sure to revisit Vic’s V Tape from 2020 because it’s an impressive body of work.
