He has the mixtapes with athlete-esque titles, he’s shined in the NBA Celebrity All-Star Game, he has his own line of basketball shoes, and now, J. Cole is bringing his talents to an official basketball league, in Rwanda at least.

The country’s newspaper, The New Times Rwanda, shared a video of the rapper apparently preparing to suit up for Rwanda’s Patriots team, which is a part of the newly-formed Basketball Africa League. According to The Athletic’s Shams Charania, Cole will play 3-6 games with the team with his first being this Sunday against Nigeria.

The BAL is a collaboration between the NBA and FIBA (International Basketball Federation) to bring new attention to the sport on the continent and develop talent for international competition.

With just four days until The Off-Season arrives, it’s clear that the season is much in motion for Cole.
