Little Brother’s ‘The Chitlin Circuit 1.5’ Now On Streaming Platforms

Following their independent debut album The Listening in 2003, Little Brother — the trio of Phonte, Rapper Big Pooh, and 9th Wonder — had become critical darlings. While working on what would be their major label debut, The Minstrel Show, Little Brother would release The Chitlin Circuit in 2004 (and its kinda-sorta-not-really sequel, The Chitlin Circuit 1.5, in 2005), which featured a myriad of songs that would not make the album.

Now, to the delight of many, Circuit 1.5 has finally made it onto the streaming platforms. A “deluxe” version, this version of the project features 1.5‘s original tracks as well as three fan-favorites from the original: “I See Now,” with Kanye West and Consequence, “Long Time Coming,” and “War.” Currently on Spotify, the project can be heard below.
