Leon Bridges Unearths A ‘Gold-Diggers Sound’ On New LP

Three years ago, Leon Bridges dropped his sophomore album Good Thing, a solid follow-up to his excellent debut Coming Home. After spending the last 36 months perfecting his sound for his latest body of work, Mr. Bridges is back with his third effort with Gold-Diggers Sound.

The 11-track effort arrives with contributions from Robert GlasperInk, and Terrace Martin, as well as previously released singles that include “Sweeter” and “Motorbike.” In addition to the new album, Bridges will hit the road for the Gold-Diggers Sound Tour starting with the Hinterland Music Festival on August 8 and briefly ending in Live Oak, Florida on Halloween Eve before restarting again in Tulsa on April 29 and officially ending in St, Augustine, Florida on May 19.
