One of the more fascinating hip hop artists out today is set to finally return.
The first project to drop from Kendrick Lamar and Dave Free‘s PGLang company, Baby Keem — the cousin of Lamar — will follow up his 2019 album DIE FOR MY B***H with the melodic blue on September 10. The hyper for Keem has steadily increased with each of his releases, reaching a crescendo following his contributions to Kanye West’s DONDA project.
the melodic blue was preceded by the singles “no sense” and “Hooligan,” and is led by the tracks “durag activity” (featuring Travis Scott) and “family ties” (featuring Kendrick Lamar). Keem has also shared both the project’s cover art (seen above) and a teaser trailer (seen below).
