Arguably the biggest star in African music currently (it flip-flops between him and WizKid), Burna Boy is hitting on all cylinders right now. He won the GRAMMY for won the Best World Music Album for 2020’s Twice as Tall, and fronted a record-setting and sold-out concert at New York’s Madison Square Garden in May 2022. It was in fact that concert where Burna announced the impending release of his sixth studio album LOVE, DAMINI.
That album has now been released. Arriving at 19 tracks, including the previously-released “Kilometre” and “Last Last” (which, for those that are unaware, is a whole diss track), the album comes equipped with a plethora of features from Popcaan, Blxst, Kehlani, J Balvin, Khalid, Ed Sheeran, J Hus, and a few others.
