Near the end of 2020, Rowdy Rebel was released from prison after spending six years inside, while his close friend Bobby Shmurda would come home a few months later.
Quickly returning to music, Rebel guested on a myriad of tracks while working on his own music, and Rebel has finally released his debut album Rebel vs Rowdy. An 18-track project, the album is led by the singles “New York,” “Woo Nina,” and its title track. Meanwhile, the likes of French Montana, Fivio Foreign, Dreezy, A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie and Jadakiss are among the features.
