Flyana Boss — née, Bobbi LaNea and Folayan — signed to Atlantic Records in 2021, but have risen to prominence in 2023 thanks to both their song “You Wish.” Now, as the duo prepare to hit the road with Janelle Monáe’s forthcoming The Age of Pleasure Tour, they are joined by both Missy Elliott and Kaliii on the single’s remix.
“Wow!! We’re so excited about the ‘You Wish’ remix! This is our first ever remix,” Flyana Boss says. “We love Kaliii, we are so happy she was able to be on it. And we still don’t know how we manifested Queen Missy herself to bless us with her iconic vocals!”
