Big Boi and André 3000 have two anniversaries in 2023.

Outkast is celebrating both the 25th and 20th anniversaries of both their third and fifth albums, Aquemini and Speakerboxxx/The Love Below, respectively. To commemorate the occasions, the legendary duo has partnered with Get On Down to release both classic albums on limited-edition collector’s vinyl.

The Aquemini 25th Anniversary Multi-Colored Edition, limited to 2,000 copies, is pressed on three colored LPs (gold galaxy, cloudy magenta, and cloudy green). The LPs will be in a gold foil stamped jacket with a printed lyrics insert, printed inner sleeves, and commemorative OBI. Meanwhile, Speakerboxxx/The Love Below will be pressed on double “Platinum Chain” and double “Pearl” colored vinyls, and packaged in a gatefold jacket. The former is slated to be released in October, while the latter will drop in November.

Both are available for pre-order on Get On Down’s e-home.

The hits just keep on coming, too. At long last a music video for one of their best (and this guy’s favorite OK songs), “SpottieOttieDopaliscious,” has been released as an animated visual. Directed by OK Motion Club, the visual just told me that I’ve been saying “SpottieOttieDopaliscious” wrong this entire time.
