I’m not usually able to sit through the endless tutorial videos of up and coming producers, however, after seeing Disko Dave and how he insanely flipped Lou Bond’s magnum opus (I won’t sample-snitch here, but I’m sure you’ll be able to figure it out), I went to check out some of his other vids. I’d say just about every one of them were inspiring, to say the least. His production embodies the true essence of Golden Era Hip-Hop in the new millennium. Make sure to check out Filipremo (yes, you read that right) and Code Red as well. Salutes to this 7-City representer, and props to Crate Kings for the linkage.
