After making a beat for A$AP Ferg using nothing but sounds from a Chinatown street performer, he hit Times Square and sampled a “tree performer” using a saw as a musical instrument to craft a beat, then gave it to KRS-One and Hakim Green of Channel Live to craft the song “The Blastmaster.” It’s all pretty creative stuff, really.
