Dave East – “The Offering” (Video)

Since dropping his Black Rose project last summer, Dave East has been on a roll! Capping off the year by signing with Nas and Mass Appeal, the East Harlem native has kept busy with a series of freestyles, videos and new singles.

Now, with God’s Son in his corner, Dave East revisits Black Rose with a video for the project’s opening track, “The Offering.” An reimagining of Nas’ “Book Of Rhymes” which finds East shuffling through his own book of rhymes as he shares the pain and upbringing he’s dealt with coming up – from the streets to the boardroom.
