I’ll be honest: rap made my head hurt this week. Rappers beefing with rappers over their voices, other rappers beefing with other rappers over whether or not they write their lyrics, and pop stars beefing with other pop stars over invalid, Viacom-created fictional awards. So, to avoid most of that mess I’ve been listening to Kay Cola‘s latest mixtape For The Dreamers and – recently – Jill Scott‘s new LP WOMAN. However, Jose Luis Gotcha‘s new single, premiered by the good folks of miss info’s e-home, got me back into the rappity rap-rap side of things.
