Speaking of “musicians that haven’t been seen in ages…”
As a testament to my advancing age – and dwindling sanity – I grew up on the music of artists like SWV. Songs like “Anything” (the Wu-Tang Clan remix is still killer) and “Weak” have been and always will be sing-a-long staples at nearly any party.
And let me not get into the instant vintage that is the “Right Here (Human Nature Remix)…”
Anyways, Sisters With Voices have been on a reality show, SWV Reunited, which follows the trio after they reunited to release their fourth album I Missed Us. The lead single, “Ain’t No Man,” finally got a visual treatment… three years after I Missed Us was released, but who’s counting?… and you can check that out below.
