Noah “40” Shebib is both one of the most influential contributors to the OVO sound and its quietest entity (perhaps second to OVO co-founder Oliver El-Khatib). However, when he does speak people listen, and 40 made a scarce interview on B-Real‘s The Smokebox.
Getting blasted on some Jet Fuel, 40 speaks on his cross-country creative process on Drake’s Views From The 6, as well as his wholehearted appreciation for one DJ Premier (he cites him as the person who inspired him to get into production). 40 also speaks on his own creative process, the Toronto Raptors (shouts to their wildcard general manager Masai Ujiri!), and – of course – weed.
