Big Sean has grown to become one of hip hop’s biggest philanthropists, considerably giving back to his home state of Michigan in many ways: he has helped open up a recording studio at his alma mater Cass Technical High School in Detroit with his Sean Anderson Foundation, and has assisted in efforts for providing fresh water for Flint with his #HealFlintKids fundraiser. Sean recently sat down with CNN to discuss those endeavors, his responsibility to re-invest in the youth of Detroit, and much more.
