Ebro Darden of Hot 97 had the opportunity to go to a listening party Tuesday night for Kanye West’s upcoming album, T.L.O.P. (No, Ebro doesn’t know what it stands forbut we do), and he shared details about the album on his morning show.

He said he couldn’t reveal who was on the album, but there were definitely “Chicago representatives.” Tyga and A$AP Rocky were at the session, too.

Ebro also revealed there was a line on the album clowning Ray J — the former lover of his wife and co-star in Kim Kardashian’s sex tape. He said Kanye said something along the lines of: “Me and Ray J would probably be friends if we wasn’t in love with the same bitch/You might have hit it first but I’m rich!” Well then.

Production-wise, he said the album is “more melodic” than Yeezus was but that it’s a combination of everything we like about Kanye West. Soul samples, politically charged jargon and all. Sonically, it’s a “journey of all of his work.”

Ebro was intentionally vague, because he didn’t want to ruin whatever hype may come with the album but rather build the hype. Check out the full conversation below.

UPDATE: You know that fashion show at Madison Square Garden Kanye is broadcasting in theaters around the world? He’s also streaming it on TIDAL. Hopefully they don’t have control of the album
