Kendrick Lamar & Big Sean Join DJ Khaled On “Holy Key”

With Major Key arriving July 29th, DJ Khaled has already unveiled a pair of singles from it: the hyphy-leaning “For Free” with Drake, and “I Got The Keys” with JAY Z. But outside of them, the newfound social media maven hasn’t revealed too much from the album.

That will change this coming Friday (July 22nd), as he promises to premiere a new song “Holy King” on his We The Best Radio show on Apple Music. The song will feature Kendrick Lamar, Big Sean, and soul singer Betty Wright (fans may remember her from Rick Ross’ “Sanctified“).

UPDATE: As promised, DJ Khaled debuted the record on Beats 1. Press play on “Holy Key” (as well as a snippet of “Nas Album Done” with Nas) and check out the tracklist below.

Khaled recently took to SnapChat to talk about “Holy Key,” where he said that Kendrick’s verse will “be the most talked about on the album” as well.

Now that I think of it, the last time Big Sean and Kendrick were on a song and Kendrick had a verse that was talked about, was 2013’s “Control…”
