It looks like Kanye West has had a change of heart and is backtracking on his recent attack on Kid Cudi. Or one of his kinder personalities managed to takeover long enough to offer a peace treaty to the former G.O.O.D. member. Either way, Ye’s latest “stream of consciousness” was all positive tonight during the Houston stop of the Saint Pablo tour.
With “Runaway” as the backdrop, Kanye took a moment to praise Cudi for his talent and commend him for his contributions to the game over the last decade.
“The most important artist of the past ten years… the most influential. And I hope he’s doing well,” Kanye said as he performed above the crowd. “Kid Cudi is my brother.”

Hopefully, this puts an end to any possible “beef” between the two that would result in diss songs no one cared to hear in the first place. Saves us all some time. Then again, it was Cudi who instigated the whole thing, so maybe it’s still open season on Yeezus. Who knows.
