We all got PRBLMS.

Just over a year ago, Atlanta’s 6LACK—who, at the time, was mostly known around these parts for his work with Spillage Village (EarthGangJ.I.D)—ventured on his own with a series of songs, including “Ex Calling” (an infectious flip of Future’s “Perky’s Calling”) and “PRBLMS.”

Since then, he’s released FREE 6LACK, caught the attention of The Weeknd, and shared a “First F*ck” with Jhené Aiko. 6LACK has a bright future ahead of him, and he’s got his PRBLMS to thank.

To be honest, it’s odd that we haven’t heard many “PRBLMS” remixes. Perhaps, everyone has been scared to follow Freddie Gibbs after what he did to the track after being released from jail. Or, perhaps, artists are actually letting a hit song breathe? Nah, they’re probably just waiting on that certain artist to release their remix and the flood will start. It happens all the time.

Anyways, Childish Major—who’s worked with 6LACK in the past on more than one occasion—and Two-9’s Jace reached out for a blessing to add their own twist to the song. Once received, the two got the work and the result is awesome.

More than just a standard rap verse over a popular song, Childish and Jace take it a step further, by mixing in The Isley Brothers’ “Between The Sheets” (most will remember from The Notorious B.I.G’s “Big Poppa”) on top of their new vocals. Check it out below.
