Despicable Me 3 his theaters June 30th, and Pharrell will once again helm the animated film’s accompanying soundtrack. Following its first release, “Yellow Light,” Station Wagon P returns with a set of visuals for its second single “There’s Something Special.”
Whereas “Yellow Light” is uptempo and “snap-your-fingers,” “Something Special” is a falsetto-equipped ballad . And while P had to save the minions by taking on new villain Balthazar Bratt in a dance-off, Gru’s pals now are the backing band in this ethereal set of visuals. An upbeat, colorful version of a Rorschach test (or acid trip), it can be seen below.
