After spending the majority of last year Chained to the City and doing it 4 Respect with NBA YoungBoy, Kevin Gates rode the latter half of 2018 in support of Luca Brasi 3.
Before LB3 was released, though, Gates had to get a few things off his chest so he dropped a song called “Therapy Sh*t.” And now, with another seven months of life to speak on, he’s back in session with “Therapy Sh*t 4.”
