Two legends battling for fun: Lord Finesse vs. Roc Raida

Today marks the celebration of the legendary X-Ecutioners member, Roc Raida’s life. Amongst the tight-knit turntablism community, The X-Ecutioners were well respected by turntablists and Hip-Hop heads alike. I remember collecting many of the DMC and ITF videos on VHS and just blown away by the entire crew’s skills. Rob Swift with his kung-fu style body tricks, Total Eclipse, Mista Sinista and of course Raida and his incredible juggling skills. Many may not know, but Raida also lent his production skills to a few classic albums, including Big L’s On the Mic, Show & AG’s Time For (Goodfellas) and Live From The PJs (Revolutions) using that same beat that Jada stunted on while bodying Beanie Sigel. Check after the jump for the legendary video of the X-Ecutioners (then known as the X-Men) vs. the Invisibl Skratch Piklz. Rest in peace and salutes to a true Hip-Hop legend.
