chief waKiL, who has been featured on the DopeHouse a few times, recently had his music featured on STARZ’s Power, which 50 Cent is an executive producer of. waKiL’s “Business” was featured during the end credits of the second episode of the second season, which aired on June 13.
Yesterday, 50 Cent said in a podcast that television is a place for bad music to get exposure, but this isn’t necessarily true about waKiL’s “Business.” The song has a bit of a Vince Staples vibe to it, with the flows, sound and the “me against the world” content, preaching that he’s all about his business.
