Tink is primed to be one of hip hop’s next great talents. Under the watchful eye and careful guidance of Timbaland, she’s notched a XXL Freshman cover, a well-received mixtape and a guest verse from Andre 3000 Future contribution on her latest song, “UFO.” Now, she provides a guest feature for the latest single by… Grammy award-winning a cappella group Pentatonix?

Before you scratch your head in confusion (I did that for you already), listen to the original version of “Can’t Sleep Love” first:

Kinda smooth, right? What’s even crazier is that in 2014’s down year of music, where hardly any album reached platinum (outside Sam Smith, the soundtrack to Frozen, and Taylor Swift, but screw Taylor Swift), the group – who won the Pitch Perfect-inspired reality competition The Sing-Off in 2011 – dropped a holiday album That’s Christmas to Me which sold well over a million copies. Pentatonix’ forthcoming self-titled album is slated to arrive on October 16th, and those who pre-order the project will be gifted with the single you’ll see down bottom.
