It was only a few years ago when Kanye West was notoriously anti-interview, infamously going so far as appearing on 106 & Park with 2 Chainz and not saying a single word the entire time. Things have obviously changed a bit since then, as he’s been more and more vocal these days… really, really vocal, actually. It can’t be denied that it can’t he makes for an interesting quote… or ten thousand, however.

But this new interview makes those brief quips seem like short stories.

Currently in Europe, Kanye sat down with SHOWstudio’s In Camera for a lengthy sit-down; two hours and some change, to be exact. Fans from around the globe were invited to submit questions, and speaking to Lou Stoppard he answered some of them. While he did divulged his thoughts on a myriad of topics, Kanye would focus focus more on his fashion aspirations than his musical goals (that may tell those awaiting the release of his new album something…). Some bullet points:

* He feels that Yeezus and 808s & Heartbreak are better and more ground-breaking than his 2010 album My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy
* He is very serious about running for president in 2020, even saying that he’d been thinking about doing so since 2010
* Blah blah family Kim blah blah
* Kanye said that “something new,” related to 2012’s Cruel Summer compilation, will arrive “in the near future”
