While most of the States are relaxing on this Presidents’ Day of 2016, the Diggin’ In The Crates Crew continues to work on music as if there’s no holiday. With their first album since 2014 scheduled to arrive in the Spring, D.I.T.C. has dropped a stream of tracks in support of it: “Gotta Be Classic,” “Diggin’ Number,” and “Make ‘Em So Proud (Hold Up).” Now, members Lord Finesse (on the boards) and A.G. (on the microphone) hit heads with the quickstrike “16 & Out.”
The song is as its name sake: Andre the Giant spits a quick verse over the blaring backdrop of Finesse’s. It’s short, it’s brief, but it’s more than enough to keep the momentum going for their album.
