Longtime SaveMoney affiliate Joey Purp has been virtually mum for the past year. Well, not entirely quiet: he has either “Run It Up” or participated in some “Performance Art” during his time off. But now, at long last, Purps has released his iiiDrops project.
For his 11-track release, Joey rounds up some of his Chicago friends to ride with him: Knox Fortune, Thelonious Martin, Donnie Trumpet, Peter Cottontale, Mick Jenkins, Saba, Chance The Rapper and Vic Mensa.
