Questlove recently released his foray into the food world in the form of Something To Food About — a book detailing the creative process behind the genius of 10 chefs in America. And during the promotion of the book, Questlove linked up with one of the world’s most famous food critics/food lovers/chefs, Anthony Bourdain, to talk about what we eat, they way we consume it and talk about it.
Over the course of the three-minute clip, the two discuss Dominique Ansel’s cooking style (he’s the guy who made the cronut, among other creations), whether or not people should post their food on Instagram and what the best type of Cap’n Crunch cereal is.
After you’re done watching the conversation, head to Urban Outfitters’ blog to read an entertaining in-depth interview with Questlove about his process of interviewing and making the book, comparing J Dilla and Bill Withers to famous chefs and more.
